Dirty Franks bans patrons under 25 after fake ID surge

Dirty Franks Bar in Center City is now restricting entry to patrons 25 and older after a surge in highly realistic fake IDs, including one featuring Ben Franklin. FOX 29’s Chris O’Connell reports the longtime dive bar says the policy is meant to protect its liquor license and staff.
