Free self-defense class helps Fishtown women after reports of suspicious man

A free self-defense class in Fishtown is helping residents learn how to protect themselves after reports of a suspicious man following women in Fishtown and Northern Liberties. Balance Studios owner Phil Migliarese offered the community class as Philadelphia police continue investigating the reports. Participants learned practical moves, situational awareness and ways to respond if they feel threatened. FOX 29’s Shawnette Wilson takes a closer look at how neighbors are turning fear into action.
