Driver 'deliberately' crashed into Philadelphia Police district lobby, injuring 5: police

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel says five people were injured when a driver drove into the department's 2nd District lobby in a 'deliberate act.' The injuries were non-life threatening.
