Philly warned owners of unsafe building last year before rowhome collapse

A rowhome on the 1800 block of Brunner Street partially collapsed around 4:36 a.m. Thursday, according to witnesses and city officials. The family inside escaped without injuries, but the property has a history of safety violations and is now set for demolition.
