Speeding driver causes crash outside Independence Charter School in Center City

Several people were injured after a speeding driver ran a red light and caused a violent multi-vehicle crash outside Independence Charter School in Center City, striking a pedestrian and multiple cars. FOX 29's Chris O'Connell has the story.
