Funeral arrangements have been announced for Delaware State Police Corporal Matthew Ty Snook, who was killed in the line of duty last week while working an overtime assignment at a DMV. A public viewing is scheduled for January 5 at the University of Delaware, followed by a pass and review by uniformed emergency services personnel and a memorial service.
