Quakertown chief cleared of charged in clash with HS protesters, NAACAP demands accountability

The Bucks County NAACP and community leaders are calling for accountability after a district attorney report cleared Quakertown Police Chief Scott McElroy of criminal charges stemming from a clash with high school student protesters in February.
