Community mourns PA State Police Corporal O’Connor at Downingtown viewing

The community gathered Tuesday evening at St. Joseph’s Church in Downingtown to attend the viewing for Pennsylvania State Police Corporal Timothy O’Connor, who was killed during a traffic stop earlier this month.
