Philly trains for World Cup, America 250 emergencies

Philadelphia officials and SEPTA conducted a large-scale emergency simulation at Walnut-Locust station to prepare for an expected influx of visitors this summer, including those attending America 250 celebrations and the FIFA World Cup.
