WEST PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Police in West Philadelphia are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead.
Officers responded to the 4000 block of Girard Avenue just before 1:45 a.m. on Sunday.
Investigators say a 29-year-old man was shot multiple times in the head. He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
A second man, 38, was shot in the left leg. He was also transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He is listed in stable condition.
This is an ongoing investigation. No weapon has been recovered and no arrests have been made.
