PHILADELPHIA (WTXF/AP) - A second teenager is under arrest after last month's shootings that killed a 15-year-old and wounded two other boys after a playground basketball game.
FOX 29 News confirmed Kywayne Hill was taken into custody Wednesday morning. Since then, the 18-year-old has been arraigned and he is being held without bail.
Hill is accused of firing into a crowd outside a basketball tournament on July 11 at Cobbs Creek Park.
Shots rang out at about 10pm. Tyhir Barnes was shot in the face and later died at a hospital. Two of his friends were wounded. A 14-year-old boy was shot in the arm and a 16-year-old in the leg.
Last month, 16-year-old Joshua Richardson was charged with murder in the shooting.
