4 suspects are now in custody in the brutal robbery and carjacking of a southwest Philadelphia delivery driver on Friday night.

Police tell FOX 29's Dave Schratwieser that they have charged a 13-year-old as a juvenile, two 15-year-olds, and a 22-year-old. One of the 15-year-olds is being charged as an adult.

Around 11 p.m. the 56-year-old male victim was delivering pizza to a Lukoil gas station on the 5700 block of Baltimore Avenue when he encountered the suspects.

Surveillance video shows the victim walking to his car after making the delivery when one of the suspects pulls out a gun and approaches the victim. The suspect then strikes the victim as he turns his back to walk away, knocking the victim unconscious.

At that time, police say a second suspect got into the victim's Chevy Prism and drove east on the 5700 block of Baltimore Avenue. Meanwhile, the first suspect began going through the victim's pockets and fled the scene east on Baltimore Avenue.

The owner of the Lukoil franchise says he struggles with kids loitering in his lot asking to pump gas for motorists. He has posted a sign urging customers not to allow it.

Keith Moody was taken to Presbyterian Hospital after he suffered severe head injuries. He was unconscious for several days following the incident. All Keith Moody wants is his employer's car returned and his job.
