Man critical after 4th Germantown shooting in 2 days

GERMANTOWN (WTXF) - A 30-year-old man is in critical condition after an overnight shooting in Germantown. It was the latest in a string of shootings in the area.

Police say the victim was shot several times in the 5000 block of Germantown Avenue just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday.

In fact, they say they know he was targeted because he was hit by so many bullets all over his body.

The victim had to undergo surgery.

There's no word yet on a suspect or a motive.

FOX 29's Steve Keeley reports this is the fourth shooting in the area less than two days.
