CENTER CITY (WTXF) - A 22-year-old man is recovering after he was shot in the arm overnight in Center City.
Police say it happened just before 3am at 15th and Market streets, near Centre Square.
The man was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
So far, no arrests have been made.
