Chester, Pa. (WTXF) - SkyFOX was over the 200 block of Engle in Chester for a report of a shooting. FOX 29 has confirmed a 20-year-old was shot in the leg.
Initial reports say that the shooter was driving a black SUV. The shooting happened about a block away from a vigil to remember 20-year-old Christian Jenkins who was killed last weekend.
