Man shot multiple times, killed in Kensington

KENSINGTON (FOX 29) - A man was shot multiple times and killed in Kensington and police are searching for his killer.

Officials say police responded to a shooting on the 2700 block of Emerald Street early Sunday evening.

They arrived to find a man, between the ages of 30 and 40, shot at least five times in his face, chest and stomach.

The man was rushed to Temple University Hospital. He was pronounced dead a short time after arrival.

Police say they are investigating. No weapons have been recovered and no arrests have been made.
