What we know:
Authorities say crews were initially dispatched to the area near Norman Avenue around 4 p.m. Search operations have concentrated around the waterways surrounding Amico Island Park, extending into the Delaware River.
Search and rescue personnel, including specialized teams from the Camden County Water Search and Rescue and the Camden County Mobile Drone Unit, have joined local first responders at the scene, according to FOX 29 reporting. Emergency personnel have been seen deploying watercraft and wading through the waterway with ropes to conduct the search, as well.
