Missing 13-Year-Old Found Safe

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - Police have located Hanniya Mitchell, 13, who had been missing since she left her West Philadelphia home Monday morning.

Authorities announced Mitchell had been found safe on Wednesday morning.
