Police searching for endangered missing man from North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are asking for the public's help locating an endangered missing man from North Philadelphia.

Emmanuel Posada, 32, was last seen Sunday, Nov. 25, on the 1500 block of North 2nd Street.

Police describe him as 5-foot-11 and 140 pounds with a thin build, medium complexion and long hair. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with gray pants and red shoes.

Posada reportedly suffers from numerous mental illnesses.
