SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - Emergency crews are on the scene of a water main break in South Philadelphia.
The incident occurred around 5:45 a.m. along the 2800 block of Passyunk Avenue near the I-76 overpass.
There are lane closures, but traffic is getting by.
