Police: Gunman opens fire on officer during shootout in Germantown, no injuries reported
Authorities say two plainclothes Philadelphia police officers were on patrol when they happened upon a shootout between two men. One officer got out of the car and ordered the men to drop their weapons when a suspect allegedly fired at the officer, according to police. Both suspects were taken into custody due to a massive police response. No injuries were reported.
