Inmate charged in Philadelphia prison break played lookout, court docs show

Jose Flores-Huerta, an inmate a Philadelphia Industrial Corrections Center, is accused of being the lookout for two fellow prisoners who escaped the facility through a hole in a perimeter fence. Flores-Huerta was incarcerated for his alleged involvement in a deadly brawl outside Pat's King of Steaks in 2021.
