Unruly crowds of teens could force some Old City businesses to close early this summer

Large crowds of unruly teens gathered at Penn's Landing on Memorial Day, causing damage to parked vehicles and at least on report of shots fired. Nearby business owners say they're considering closing early if the destructive trend continue this summer.
