ACCT Philly faces space crisis and offers cash incentives to foster large dogs

Philadelphia’s open-intake shelter is swamped with an average of 22 dogs a day, prompting urgent calls for help and cash incentives like $200 for fostering large dogs to prevent overcrowding. To further curb the crisis, ACCT Philly is also offering $10 adoptions, rescue partner bonuses and a new free spay and neuter program.
