New Jersey software error registered 6,600 non-citizens to vote

Gov. Mikie Sherrill revealed that 6,600 non-U.S. citizens were registered to vote in New Jersey due to a software error in the Motor Vehicle Commission system, according to Sherrill. She said fewer than 400 of those registered actually voted.
