Philadelphia air quality returns back to Code Red levels, storms to help clear conditions Saturday

Philadelphia officials say the air quality over Philadelphia has improved Friday, and the Code Purple has downgraded to Code Red for the time being. Some Saturday storms are expected to help clear the air on Saturday, with a return closer to normal expected by Sunday.
