Independence Day regatta hits Schuylkill River this weekend

Kelly Drive will be bustling as 5,000 rowers, spanning 18 states and multiple countries, and ranging from youth competitors to Olympic hopefuls, take to the Schuylkill River this weekend for the Independence Day Regatta.
