Severe thunderstorms bring flash flood warnings across Philadelphia region

Severe thunderstorms are moving through southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey with heavy rain, lightning and flash flood warnings in multiple counties. The system is tracking east quickly and will be followed by cooler, less humid air and improving conditions by tomorrow.
