Some residents in Philadelphia's Burholme neighborhood woke up with little or no water in their homes after a water main broke overnight.

Firefighters responded to the 7300 block of Shelbourne Street just before 3 a.m. Thursday morning.

Water Department crews responded to the scene early Thursday morning, but water continued to flow into the street at 6:30 a.m.

Neighbors tell FOX 29 the street had been repaved within the last few months.
