Police: 15-year-old girl missing from West Philadelphia returned home

WEST PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - The search is over for a teenage girl previously reported missing from West Philadelphia.

Chemere Rock, 15, was reported missing from the 3900 block of Penngrove Street.

Rock has since returned home, police confirmed Wednesday morning.
