Officer 'shaken up' after being dragged during traffic stop in West Philadelphia, police say

A Philadelphia police officer was dragged during a traffic stop when he tried to stop a 25-year-old driver from reaching for a gun Tuesday night in West Philadelphia. Authorities say the driver slammed on the gas and the officer was hanging from the car for five blocks before he rammed into two vehicles and was arrested.
