Ocean City Winter Surf: Man surfs no matter what the weather, even in dead of winter

Rob Kelly, surfer and ice bather, says he feels refreshed after surfing in the freezing ocean and he credits that with the increased dopamine levels the body experiences after being in extreme cold.
