Nearly one year since teen student killed coming back from scrimmage in Philadelphia

Nicolas Elizalde, 14, was killed and four other teenagers on the Roxborough High School football team were injured when a shooting erupted just after participating in a joint scrimmage. To honor her son almost a year later, Nicolas' mom is launching several projects.
