Dog owner speaks out after police killed pitbull that attacked him and his small dog

Jeff Burger, 67, is distraught over the death of his small dog Belinda, after Philadelphia police shot and killed a pitbull after investigators say it Belinda and Burger while they were out for a morning walk.
