The CEO of CrowdStrike, the software company whose update failure caused a global tech outage, has been called to testify before congress. House leaders are asking George Kurtz to explain the company's software update last week and who it caused an outage that impacted around 8.5 million machines that were running Microsoft's Windows operating system.
