Weather Authority: Cooler temps on the way

Cooler temperatures are on the way for Monday evening and the rest of the week in the Delaware Valley.

The rain will end as the back door front comes through. With that end, the temperatures will drop.

A look back over Monday shows the heavy rain caused so much flooding throughout the region. Most areas received 1-2 inches of rain, with some isolated 3-inch spots. The flooding caused many headaches during the morning commute.

Once the system moves through, highs for the next few days will teeter between 50-60 degrees.
