Bensalem man charged with burglary of murdered man's property

FRANKFORD (FOX 29) - A man has been arrested and charged in relation to what police say was theft of a man's possessions after he was killed.

According to authorities, a man was murdered outside his residence at the 4300 block of Milnor Street Tuesday.

Police were called to the same location Wednesday about 5:30 p.m. on the report the murdered man's landlord was removing personal items from the murdered man's home.

Police say 38-year-old Dan Charyna, of Bensalem, Pa., was arrested Thursday and charged with burglary, criminal trespass and theft, among other charges.
