Ecstatic fans snatch up more gear after Eagles win Super Bowl
Happy Eagles' fans reflect on the Super Bowl LIX win as they grab more merchandise in anticipation of the Eagles parade.
WYNNEWOOD, Pa. - A day after the Philadelphia Eagles decidedly defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX, fans were over the moon with happiness that the team won and did it so well.
As the team arrived back in Philadelphia, fans were out shopping for more Eagles merchandise, in anticipation for a celebratory parade Friday.

Fans are out and about in their Birds gear, buying more and soaking in the Super Bowl win as they gear up for the parade on Friday.
In head-to-toe Eagles gear, Lincoln Philmon says he came into Rally House in Wynnewood to add just one more item to his impressive collection.
"The champion jerseys, but they’re all out already," he says. "I ran right from work real quick just to get some stuff and it’s all gone. That’s the energy."

Staff say their first shipment of gear did not last an hour on Super Bowl Sunday. Mari Jo Gannon came back for the second time on Monday and struck out again, but nothing could burst her Birds joy.
"So excited, so excited, I had a good feeling about it going in. You know from the beginning they just pulled it off," she says.
At Rowen in Ardmore, employees say they were down to their final few unique Eagles gear before the next shipment on Monday.
Eagles win Super Bowl LIX, dominate Chiefs 40-22; Hurts named MVP
The Philadelphia Eagles won Super Bowl LIX in dominant fashion, defeating the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 to secure their second championship in franchise history.
"We’ve had so many people coming in just to buy Eagles stuff, we’ve had people coming in and calling," says Ruby Rothman, who works at Rowen.
Rothman says this is her first Super Bowl win that she could celebrate at home, as she was in school in North Carolina for the 2018 victory.
"It’s amazing, I’m a huge Eagles fan, I’ve been my entire life, so last night was one of the best nights of my life, I was crying running out onto Broad, it was amazing," she says.

Fans did have some success in scoring Super Bowl gear at the Dick’s Sporting Goods in Plymouth Meeting by Monday afternoon.
Leigh Ronnan says she anticipated a big win by the Eagles.
"To beat the Chiefs and hearing all the like, the three-peat, three-peat. Just to take that away was amazing!"
Joe Schultz, from Broomall, expected a much closer game - but most of us can resonate with his feelings today.
"I’m feeling absolutely wonderful, ecstatic, waking up on cloud nine," he says. "2017 team was really surreal, that season. But this just feels totally different, it’s just a different feeling."
What's next:
The team and Philadelphia city officials announced a triumphant Eagles parade will take place Friday, February 14th.
Officials also said that the parade route would span from the stadium complex in South Philly to the steps of the Art Museum.
