Mystery noises being heard across the Delaware River

Mystery noises are being heard across the Delaware River and now police are investigating.

On a night of ghouls and goblins there's haunting sounds fill the air in Carney's Point, New Jersey. But residents expect Halloween themed music and don't expect mysterious music and pulsating beats believed to be traveling down the Delaware River.

"It sounds like a car parked right across the street is what it sounds like and it's not. There's nothing there. There's no one around. " Sarah Harris says she's been living with the nuisance noise for at least two weeks with no idea what it is or where it's coming from.

Police in Penns Grove and in Pennsville have been investigating but the source is still unknown.

South Jersey police chiefs say they've even called into Delaware authorities to see if it's coming from there. Law enforcement in the First State say they are looking into it.
