Nobody won the big prize in Monday’s drawing, but two winners in Arizona and Texas matched all five numbers – which is a $1 million prize.

The next drawing is on Wednesday, Aug. 20, with an estimated jackpot of $643 million before taxes, which could rapidly grow into one of the largest jackpots in history if a winner doesn’t emerge in the next drawing or two.

Powerball tickets are $2 per play. Tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 24.9. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.
