Sad Papaw had a cookout and everybody showed up

(STORYFUL) - Anyone who was worrying about #SadPapaw can relax as he may have had one of the best days ever after scores of people showed up at his cookout.

After his granddaughter Kelsey Harmon's photo of him went viral, Papaw decided to hold a cookout for everyone who wanted to come and eat burgers with him in Purcell, Oklahoma, on Saturday.

The cookout appeared to have been a huge success with some people travelling for several hours to come and meet Papaw in the flesh.

Merchandise was even available with those attending receiving a T-shirt that said "I ate a burger with Sad Papaw."
