Suspects sought after 25-year-old man injured in West Philadelphia shooting
WEST PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Police are investigating after a shooting in Mantua left a 25-year-old man injured.
The incident occured just after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 4000 block of Lancaster Avenue in West Philadelphia's Powelton neighborhood.
The victim told police he had just gotten off the trolley when he was approached by two men who asked him if he had any marijuana. One of the men then allegedly shot him in the groin.
The man was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition.
This is an ongoing investigation. No arrests have been made at this time.
