PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - The Philadelphia area is slated for a cold and cloudy Monday to kick off the week.

A few snowflakes are expected in parts of Lancaster and Chester County early Monday morning.

Temperatures will reach a high of 47 degrees before creeping back into the 50s later this week.

Precipitation may return to the forecast on Thursday, with a chance of showers.
