NEW MEXICO--(FOX NEWS)--A New Mexico deputy's body camera caught the moment that a naked man stole his patrol car.
Authorities say 37-year-old Jesus Tarango took off in the deputy's car, and then told officers over the radio that he stole the vehicle because he was poisoned.
"I need help, this officer didn't want to help me. I'm poisoned, that's why I got the car," he said.
Tarango drove himself to the hospital, police say.
Officials say that Tarango was impaired, but did not elaborate.
He faces a number of charges, including resisting an officer, aggravated fleeing, stealing a motor vehicle and concealing identity.
