DelCo man charged with child porn after months-long investigation
MEDIA, Pa. (WTXF) - A Delaware County man is facing several child pornography charges for what authorities allegedly found on his computers.
The District Attorney's Office reports a search warrant was executed at Allan Wickersham's Yeadon home back on Aug. 26.
It said, "During an interview with detectives, Wickersham admitted to possessing child pornography and that he is attracted to female children who are 10 years of age."
Authorities seized several electronic devices, including a desktop computer and a laptop.
The computers and devices reportedly revealed more than 5,000 images including some "showing children between the ages of 10-14 years, which included images that depicted bondage, penetration and/or attempted penetration of a child."
Wickersham, 60, is charged with possessing child pornography, attempted dissemination of child pornography, sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communications facility.
