Eagles covering adoption fees for fans at these animal shelters

Need a companion to keep you calm during Sunday's game? The Eagles have you covered!

What we know:

The Philadelphia Eagles are partnering with local shelters to help animals in need find a forever home with a fan.

Adoption fees will be covered by the team until the end of the 2024 season at three different shelters in the Philadelphia area:

  • Providence Animal Shelter in Media, Pennsylvania
  • Street Tails Animal Rescue in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia
  • Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center in Blackwood, New Jersey

Several players, including A.J. Brown, Brandon Graham and Cooper DeJean, met with some of the adorable puppies up for adoption earlier this week.

What they're saying:

"This is an amazing opportunity, and we are grateful to the Eagles," said Jo-Ann Zoll, CEO of Providence Animal Center. "There's no doubt that partnering with them will bring visibility to these animals, which is key."

The Eagles say they want every fan to have the opportunity to adopt their own "Dawg Mentality."
