Germantown Avenue shooting injures 1 male

NICETOWN (WTXF) - Police in Philadelphia's Nicetown section are investigating a shooting that injured a 17-year-old.

Police got the call just before 9 p.m. Saturday of shooting on the 4200 block of Germantown Avenue.

When police arrived, they found a 17-year-old male shot once in the stomach.

The victim was transported to Einstein Medical Center and was listed in stable condition.

Police say the investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made and no weapon was discovered.
