Girl, 7, among two people shot in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are continuing to search for a suspect after a double shooting injured two people, including a young girl, in North Philadelphia.

A 7-year-old girl and a 23-year-old man were shot at Emerald and Tioga streets around 8:30 Tuesday night. The girl was shot in the left shoulder and the man was shot in the arm.

Both were taken to a nearby hospital where they were listed in stable condition.

Police say no arrests have been made at this point.
