Local families fill stockings for those in need this holiday season

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (WTXF) - Thousands of children across the Greater Philadelphia Area will not go empty handed this holiday season thanks to a huge toy drive in King of Prussia.

The charitable effort, a partnership between Bob's Discount Furniture, 101.1 More FM and The Salvation Army, aims to collect new toys and fill holiday stockings with donated goodies to families in need.

Folks who participate receive a list of suggested gift donation items, fill a stocking, seal it and either deliver or drop off their goodies.
