Montgomery County man charged with stabbing his mother's boyfriend to death
UPPER DUBLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (FOX 29) - A 26-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of his mother's boyfriend in Montgomery County, prosecutors announced Sunday.
Jules Demetris Ross Jr. is accused of stabbing 49-year-old Johnny Johnson in the neck around 5 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Girard Avenue in Upper Dublin Township.
The victim was transported to Abington Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Ross was taken into custody at the scene. He is currently being held without bail at Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 15.
